The structure and style of my yoga lesson depends on the needs of the people I am teaching to, time of the day and length of the lesson.
 
My typical 60 min Vinyasa inspired class tends to be a gentle flow with a lot of attention to alignment and safe transitions between the postures. In a longer practice of 75 or 90 minutes I dedicate more time to breathing techniques called pranayama. The class always ends with a mindful relaxation.
